“Am I leading this team, or am I just running it?”

Most real estate leaders weren’t trained to lead. They got there because they were great at the work: listing, selling, building a rent roll, growing a team.

Sales and property management are different worlds. The leadership gap looks the same in both.

In sales leadership

  • Principals promoted from top biller, never trained to lead.
  • Agent churn as the chronic operational drag.
  • Sales managers managing the way they were managed.
  • Listings still going through the principal's hands.

In property management leadership

  • PM heads carrying the load with little leadership support.
  • Burnout and turnover at the team-leader level.
  • Promoted PMs running teams without a framework.
  • Rent roll growth held back by people problems.

The structure of the day

Five connected sessions, building from self-awareness to team outcomes.

9:00 am

Self-leadership

Where am I leading from: strength, fear, or habit? You write the one-sentence leadership statement you'll test all day.

10:45 am

Introduction to DISC

The model. Reading the room. Spotting the clues in your team and your clients.

1:15 pm

Your report, your influence

A quiet read of your DISC report over lunch, then the mirror moment: your style against the leader you said you wanted to be.

2:45 pm

Practical tools

Delegation, coaching, and accountability, flexed by style for the team you actually have.

4:00 pm

Outcomes and plan

Map your team. Name the one person you'll lead differently. Write your 30-day plan and lock in your accountability partner.

One working day, built around three shifts

The language, the tools, and the plan to lead a team that performs, and stays. Built for principals, sales leaders, and heads of property management.

Lead.

From strength more often. From fear less often. From habit almost never.

Perform.

Your team performs more like a team, because you understand what each of them needs from you.

Retain.

The people you can't afford to lose stay, because they feel led, not just paid.

At the centre of the day: your full DISC profile

Two weeks before the workshop you complete a TTI Success Insights DISC assessment. On the day, you receive a 24-page personalised report. Here’s what it reveals.

Communication DOs and DON'Ts

Specific guidance on how to communicate with you, and how others should approach you to land their message.

Keys to motivating you

Ten to thirteen things that genuinely drive you, and the conditions you need to perform at your best.

Your value to the team

What you bring that the business benefits from, and where your style may get in the way.

Style Insights

How you naturally show up, and how you adapt under pressure.

What you leave with

Concrete deliverables, not notes from a good day.

Your full TTI DISC profile

A 24-page personal report, and the language to keep using it for the rest of your career.

One person, one change

The named team member you’ll lead differently from Monday, and exactly how.

A clear read on yourself

Strength, fear, or habit, and the kind of leader you want to be in 12 months.

A map of your team

By style, by strength, by what each person needs from you to perform.

An accountability partner

Someone from the room, with a call already in both diaries.

A written 30-day plan

Specific actions, named people, real dates. A plan, not a feeling.

Not another conference

A working session capped at twenty participants. Not a theatre seat among five hundred.

A theatre seat among hundreds

A boardroom table, capped at 20

Listening, not working

A working session. No hiding, no coasting.

Generic content, broadcast

Your personal DISC report at the centre

Notes you'll never re-read

A written plan, with names and dates

It ends when the lights go up

A 90-minute cohort call, 60 days later

Two cities, two rooms

Venues chosen for the kind of day we run: a boardroom, not a ballroom.

The clubhouse at Concord Golf Club, Sydney

Sydney

Concord Golf Club

A top-40 Australian course with a refurbished boardroom. The day can close with an optional putting masterclass.

The boardroom at Waterman Business Centre, Chadstone

Melbourne

Waterman Business Centre, Chadstone

A modern boardroom built for senior sessions. Free parking, and 20 minutes from the CBD.

“Two days that landed exactly as we needed them to. Our leadership team came back genuinely changed. We’d run it again tomorrow.”

Marc Seymour

CEO, Optimum Health Solutions

Two-day leadership retreat, Hunter Valley, May 2026. The same program architecture, adapted for real estate.

Questions we hear most

Will I be in a room of competitors?

You'll be in a room of peers. We're used to facilitating mixed groups, and you'll only ever be asked to share what you're comfortable sharing.

Do I need to know anything about DISC?

No. The day starts from first principles. Whether you're DISC certified or you've never seen a report, you'll get the same depth from it.

Can I send a senior leader from my team instead?

Yes, if they're a principal, a sales leader, or a head of property management. The day is built for leaders, not for individual agents or property managers looking for personal development.

What happens after the workshop?

Sixty days later, your cohort reconnects for a 90-minute online session. Same group: what worked, what didn't, what's next.

Can we run the workshop exclusively for our team?

Yes. We deliver the same working day as a closed cohort for your leadership team, at your venue or ours, and as multi-cohort programs across networks and franchises. For scoping, timings, and pricing, call Jacquie on 0416 205 017.

Stop running the team. Start leading it.

Sydney and Melbourne, August and September 2026. Twenty seats per room, and a written 30-day plan before you leave.
